"The British government's educational IT authority has issued a report advising schools in the country not to upgrade their classroom or office systems to Windows Vista or Office 2007. According to this InformationWeek story, the British Educational Communications and Technology Agency says costs for Vista and Office 2007 'are significant and the benefits remain unclear.' 1. Would you like to see WKHS upgrade to Vista or Office 2007? Why?2. 1. It really doesnt matter i guess it would help in some way but it isnt a huge thing they should do.
2.If its expensive many people wont do upgrade anyway so i guess it just depends
3. I think open office would be better just because it seems much simpliar.

I agree, there wont be much of a diffrence if we go to Linux or Openoffice. There will be a good size diffrence if we switch to Vista but Vista is $200-$300, and thats about as much as the schools computers cost, so in the long run it isnt worth it.
